Once your email is received, one of our customer service representatives will send you an invoice.

Once your payment is processed, your subscription cannot be cancelled. IPTV Frog cannot provide refunds for payments under any circumstances once the payment has been processed.

It may take up to three business days for your payment to be applied to your account from the time that it is processed.

Your subscription package cannot be changed mid-subscription. You will need to wait until your next renewal date to change your subscription package.

If additional information is required to process your payment, you will get an email from IPTV Frog.

Changing your subscription package may require changes to your device configuration. You are responsible for making the required changes.

If you are changing your subscription package, you may be required to confirm this change via email.

When renewing or creating multiple subscriptions, each subscription may have a different expiration date.

Payments made more than 7 days before the expiration date may be held until closer to the time that your account expires.
